It's 90 degrees out, why are you wearing a wig?

You are all well aware I have no problem with costumes. In fact, I usually encourage them. That being said, I saw two teenagers sitting outside the mall today in full Dragon Ball gear. I considered taking a picture and asking them why but then I thought better of it.
